Personal bit
I’m a 25-year-old* web developer, specialising in LAMP website setups (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP). I am currently based in Macclesfield, Cheshire. Our home consists of myself, my long-term girlfriend, Dawn, and our mischievous little cat, Boo – who seems to think she’s some kind of monkey.
When I’m not saving our cat from places she shouldn’t be, or doting on my gorgeous girlfriend, I like to play badminton and squash. I also pass the hours either having a few drinks with friends, or geeking out; whether it’s brushing up on the latest happenings in the online world or honing my overly-practiced video game skills.
The serious stuff
As I’ve already mentioned, my speciality is with PHP and MySQL. As a LAMP programmer, I have experience developing websites ranging from just a few pages to full-scale e-commerce builds. Some of the popular content management systems (CMS) I have worked with before include:

- Excel at PHP (including OO PHP 5) and MySQL (with PDO)
- Highly knowledgeable of JavaScript, including AJAX. Great deal of experience with the jQuery library.
